The Architects of Appellate Intelligence

Bridging the gap between elite legal theory and scalable technology.

Bryan Konoski, ESQ

Co-Founder & Chief Vision Officer

Bryan Konoski is the primary architect of the Brief Master™ analytical framework. With over two decades of experience in high-stakes litigation, Bryan recognized a systemic failure in the traditional “manual-only” approach to Social Security Disability appeals: the inability to maintain perfect jurisdictional consistency across thousands

of pages of administrative records and producing consistent high quality briefs in a high volume law practice.

As the lead visionary for the Brief Master Knowledge Core™, Bryan has spearheaded the codification of complex federal statutes, Social Security Rulings (SSRs), and evolving Circuit-specific precedents into a structured digital intelligence layer. His work focuses on “Legal Engineering”—the process of breaking down judicial reasoning into verifiable logic trees. Under his leadership, Brief Master™ has transitioned from a conceptual framework into the industry’s first vertical API specific for federal appeals, providing a level of strategic depth previously unavailable in the federal appellate market.

Kira Treyvus, ESQ

Co-Founder & Chief of Operations

Kira Treyvus directs the operational framework and quality governance protocols for the Brief Master™ platform. With an extensive background in complex litigation management, Kira specializes in the intersection of high-volume legal operations and precision-driven quality control.

As the architect of the platform’s human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflows, Kira oversees the integration of the Brief Master™ API with elite legal teams. Her primary focus is the management of the attorney-review ecosystem, where she ensures that output processed through the Brief Master Knowledge Core™ is subjected to rigorous professional scrutiny. She has pioneered a multi-layered verification protocol that requires federal appellate counsel to validate system findings against the administrative record, ensuring that technology serves to amplify, rather than replace, expert legal judgment.

At Brief Master™, Inc., Kira’s mandate is institutional excellence. She manages the standards for attorney output, and maintains ethical guardrails. Her leadership ensures that the Brief Master™ infrastructure remains the most reliable and secure enterprise solution in the federal appellate space.
